Socios.com is a fan engagement and rewards app that allows fans to engage with their favourite teams and clubs through digital assets known as Fan Tokens.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Loyalty & Rewards Team Lead, the Loyalty & Rewards Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing ticketing, hospitality, and merchandise distribution across Socios.com’s extensive network of sports partnerships. This role involves ensuring seamless ticket allocation, overseeing partner merchandise logistics, and delivering once-in-a-lifetime experiences to fans and users.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Loyalty & Rewards operations for specified club(s) and market(s), working closely with the internal delivery team to maximise Socios.com's extensive sponsorship rights and associated events.
- Support the Loyalty & Rewards Team Lead and the wider internal delivery team to leverage Socios.com's extensive sponsorships rights and associated events;
- Work across several partner ticketing management systems and reward a large number of users with once-in-a-lifetime opportunities.
- Own the allocation and management of ticketing across all dedicated partner clubs for all matches, ensuring optimal distribution and utilisation.
- Manage the partner merchandise allocation from receiving the stock from the partnership managers to regular stock take as well as coordinating all merchandise shipments to the respective winners.
- Occasionally assist with the management of our hospitality programs from start to finish including guest hosting and event day management of our boxes and hospitality suites where relevant;
- Coordinate pitch half-time competitions and engagement activities with fans when needed;
- Build a strong working relationship with the hospitality teams at our partners and right holders;
- Management of sponsorship and events admin, including managing and updating the events calendar.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including but not limited to the Marketing, Sponsorships & Partnerships, Customer Service & Product Teams to guarantee a stellar and unique experience for all our users & fans;
- Traveling - the location for the role is flexible, and it will involve traveling to sponsorship events throughout the year.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with ticket booking systems and in co-ordinating rewards programmes
- Strong eye for detail to manage ticketing, hospitality, and merchandise processes accurately.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication to liaise with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly, think creatively, and provide solutions in fast-paced event environments.
- Interpersonal skills and experience of hosting and delivering complex events;
- Ability to work under pressure as part of a highly driven and fast paced environment;
- A proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and think autonomously.
- Understanding of blockchain technologies and their impact on sports and fan engagement.
- A solid understanding of the role of sponsorship within marketing and an interest in sports would be beneficial.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
