Socios.com is a fan engagement and rewards app that allows fans to engage with their favourite teams and clubs through digital assets known as Fan Tokens.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Campaign Strategist to lead the ideation, development, and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our Web3-savvy communities. This pivotal role requires a blend of creative strategic thinking, meticulous campaign management, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration. You will be instrumental in shaping compelling narratives and developing engaging content, translating our brand's unique identity—blending blockchain credibility with authentic community-first appeal—into compelling, story-driven marketing initiatives that drive growth and engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Creative Strategy & Content Development:
- Dream up fresh, daring campaign ideas that tap into culture, crypto, and community, aligned with the BU-specific brand’s heartbeat.
- Develop content for campaigns managed in collaboration with Channel Leads.
- Translate BU strategic goals into story-led marketing blueprints that connect with Web3-savvy communities.
- Ensure campaigns reflect our identity—blending blockchain credibility with authentic community-first appeal.
2. Campaign Management & Execution - Lead the creation and management of campaigns from concept to completion.
- Build and roll out smart, data-informed campaigns that are on time, on budget, and on brand, ensuring both content and campaign elements are seamlessly integrated.
- Define campaign essentials—audience, messaging, channels and creative angles, collaborating closely with Channel Leads to ensure cohesive execution.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Act as the central liaison between marketing teams—linking KOL, SoMe, CRM, Design, Video and Central Teams, Brand/Creative.
- Handle requests from other XFN teams that will evolve into potential campaigns or activations, coordinating campaign-related work across various channels.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: - Track campaign performance live, teaming with BI to turn data into actionable insights.
- Tweak, test, and optimise content and campaign elements using real-time insights and post-campaign learnings to maximise ROI and growth.
5. Budget Allocation: - Strategically allocate campaign budgets, ensuring smart resource planning, cost-effectiveness, and high-impact investments for all content and campaign efforts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing campaigns management role.
- Demonstrated experience owning the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation and strategic planning to execution and optimization across multiple channels.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver highly creative, cross-platform marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve measurable results.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex campaigns, timelines, budgets, and diverse stakeholders.
- Extensive experience collaborating cross-functionally with partnership, product, legal, brand, creative, and other teams.
- Proficiency in Web3, crypto, or blockchain technologies, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, impactful marketing messages.
- Experience with data-driven performance monitoring and optimization, leveraging insights to refine campaign strategies.
